The candidates of this job position are excpected to work closely with the marketing, customer service, service excellence, customer helpdesk, service executive and other service delivery team of the bank to achive sales objrctives and be able to handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution .

This position requires an ability for smooth functioning of support verticals at country level and ensure that service quality is maintained at desired levels .
